When your user is created, you will receive a Welcome email that you will use to log into the web portal for the first time. It will allow you to create your account password and voicemail PIN.
Modify Business Hours
To update the Business Hours, navigate to the Time Frames heading, select your Domain, then select the Business Hours Option.
Recycle a User Seat
If an Employee Leaves your company and you have an immediate replacement; you can recycle the user seat and assign it to the new user. To do this, navigate to the user, select the Advanced tab and click Reset. Then choose “Recycle User” and enter the information associated with the new user. After the user is created, they will immediately receive the Welcome Email.
Resetting a User
If an employee leaves your company, but you do not have a replacement, you can reset their user so that the user seat can be reused in the future. To do this, navigate to the user you want to reset, select the advanced tab and click Reset User.
