Network Assessment

Follow the steps on this page to test your network’s VoIP quality.

General Network Test

Please click the button below and follow the instructions on that page.  Once completed, please resume the remaining steps on this page.

When the test is complete, click “Advanced View” at the bottom.

Scroll all the way down and click “Download this page to PDF”.

In the print window, set “Destination” (printer) to “Save as PDF”.  If possible, please adjust the scale to 50% for better readability.  Click “Save”.

Please attach the results PDF when you reply to your TCS Service Ticket.  Also complete the next test below.

Packet Loss Test

Click the button below and follow the instructions on this page.

Scroll down to the “Test Settings” section.  Right above the “Start Test” button, change the drop down to “VoIP”, then drag the 3rd slider (Duration) to 30 seconds.  Click “Start Test”.

When the test is complete, please use the Snipping Tool on your computer to take a screenshot of the Results section.

Please attach both the results PDF from the first test and the results screenshot from this test when you reply to your TCS Service Ticket.
